Moisten the edge of a cooled cocktail glass with lime. Dip in black finger salt. You can easily do this by dripping some black pastry colour over your finger salt.
Allow to dry before use.
Fill vodka, carrot juice, lime juice and liqueur in a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a cooled cocktail glass.
5 cl vodka
4 cl organic carrot juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
1 cl of lime juice
1 cl triple sec
black finger salt (or coarse salt and black pastry colour)
