In the rare case that your parcel is visibly wet or damaged, or shows signs of having been tampered with, you should either sign for it as ‘Arrived Damaged’ or refuse to sign for it and have it returned to us. You should contact us immediately if this happens. If you sign for your parcel and subsequently find that something inside is damaged, please take photos of the damaged box and contents before disposing of them and email them to us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement for you.
Orders from the United Kingdom: If the product is in stock and you place your order before 12 a.m. on weekdays, make your payment by credit card and choose "UPS Express" we can arrange this for you. In the case that this is not be possible, we will refund the extra costs or you can cancel your order.
If you place your order from outside of the United Kingdom, please contact us by email and we will try to arrange it for you.
Alky specialises in selling exquisite products which often come from foreign countries. Therefore, in some cases, it will take a few days until we have it in stock.
Some hard-to-find products are requested by us from overseas at the time of your order. A certain transfer time is needed and the products have to go through customs.
